Through its Construction-Ready initiative, the company secures zoning approvals and confirms power and fiber access before an anchor customer commits. That preparation reduces a process that often takes three to six years. Sites announced in Oklahoma City and Tampa Bay are expected to support new edge data centers within 12 to 18 months after an anchor lease and building permits.
