Fremont, CA: Actifai, an AI software-as-a-service provider for cable and telecom companies, has expanded its partnership with CogecoConnexion, Ontario and Quebec's second-largest cable operator, to deploy its industry-leading AI customer experience platform across their Canadian operations. Leading cable and telecom operators in North America use Actifai's AI platform. Customers have consistently seen a 25x return on investment, thanks to Actifai's cutting-edge AI algorithms combined with easily accessible APIs and user-customizable front-end experiences. As a result, Actifai leads the market for operators looking for practical AI applications that positively impact the bottom line while avoiding internal development.
